Welcome to Mindfulness with Puja Blog.
Growing up in India, my summers were rooted in purpose and heart-led service. As a young schoolgirl, I would spend the warm months of summer going door-to-door, raising funds for HelpAge India—an organization devoted to supporting the elderly. At the time, I didn’t fully grasp the depth of my actions. I only knew that helping others lit something within me—that it mattered.

But those humble beginnings left an indelible mark.
With every rupee collected, I witnessed the beauty of generosity. With every knock on a door, I experienced human connection. Without realizing it, I was learning the quiet power of presence, empathy, and compassion—the very foundation of mindfulness.
Years later, as my soul’s calling unfolded into Mindfulness with Puja, I began to see the deeper truth: those summer afternoons were not just acts of charity—they were soul lessons. They taught me that healing begins with compassion, and that service isn’t something you do—it’s something you become.
Mindfulness with Puja is a sacred extension of that same spirit of "seva" (serving the community). It is about showing up with an open heart, holding space with love, and helping others come home to themselves—to the peace, clarity, and purpose already within.
What began as a child’s simple gesture to uplift the elderly has blossomed into a lifelong devotion to healing—a journey of guiding others back to their divine essence.
